وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهْلِكَ ٱلْقُرَىٰ بِظُلْمٍ وَأَهْلُهَا مُصْلِحُونَ
And it did not beseem your Lord to have destroyed the towns tyrannously, while their people acted well.
