بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
لَآ أُقْسِمُ بِهَٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ
Nay! I swear by this city.
