يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلْفَضْلِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ
He specially chooses for His mercy whom He pleases; and Allah is the Lord of mighty grace.
